Sellier & Bellot's 204 Ruger cartridges loaded with PTS ballistic tip projectiles are designed to be the ultimate high speed varmint rounds. At 32 grains, these bullets exit the barrel at 4,127 feet per second. These ballistic tips are designed to be very accurate as well as provide terminal wounding effects. By reducing bullet deformation with the polymer tip these projectiles demonstrate great ballistic consistency, while the lead core and strengthened casing provide a mushrooming expansion instead of bullet fragmentation.
